It is midnight and the skies are dark
With the beautiful stars hanging loose on the low
The stars, the y remind me of someone
Someone, I hope to see
But how long may I wait to have her near me.
Like the stars light up the beautiful evening
She's lighted up my gloominess
She's lifted my spirit and filled the void that used to exist in me.
How long will I wait to see her.
How long shall I dream of her
I keep hearing from a far and keep dreaming of having her close to me.
I still dream of kissing and holding her tightly
and cuddling her like a baby. Cos she is my baby
help me winds of the earth
Help me tell my twee, that she is the one for me
and I need her by my side for eternity
