specialization II

In my writing about specialization with the 300 Spartans I did an illustration good, trying to explain what is not so common.
I am not walking in darkness anymore, it takes a lot of time to realize the intensity in my writing, Maybe because I don't choose the right words.
But I always hope my writing empowers this generation to make the change that holds us back.
Its all going to start from somewhere, its not going to be easy , but I believe it all starts from somewhere. Its always one man ;the difference between defeat and victory, just one grain of rice can tip the scale.
I have a dream that one day Ghana as Dr.Nkrumah hoped will be the heart of the world and not only Africa. It all starts from you, your decision to make a difference is very essential to the process.
Who says you can't build the tallest building in the world, find the cure to the most deadliest diseases, have abundant food, go to space , build robots and invent.
It always takes you having that "burning desire"(the first principle to becoming successful) and nothing can stop you.
Secrets have been hidden from us so long because we've not seek to find and those who wished to share with us sometime ago didn't know how to communicate it to us.

Its so true our schools don't prepare us for the real world. But for how long are we going to sit down and say nothing and do nothing.
Its been proven a hundred times, that discovering yourself through self-education and purpose makes people excel. All the richest men in the world today, took opportunity of some self-independence to explore the unknown ,to pursue their dreams and make the most of themselves in the end. The world never became the same again because Michael Dell, decided to start building his computers in his garage, because Apple invented PC and IBM grasped the Idea and Bill Gates took over Operating System with Graphic Unit Interface.
It always took a single's man initiative,
Circumstances they say doesn't make a man, it shows who he really is.
Ask Michael Dell, he will tell he had to drop out of school, ask Henry Ford and he will tell you he got only three months of schooling, ask Bill Gates and he will tell you he had to leave Harvard.

I believe one thing if some change is going to come then parents also have to play a role.
Parents should give their wards some self-independence, don't give your children more than enough,
let them get a room of their own at 18 and start life , Let them experience what life has in stock for them, paying the bills and sorting things out themselves.
My parents death has been a blessing in disguise because I have not only become a man, I have become an old man, filled with so much practicality.

Man,Fellas don't let your parents take all the glory, making all the money , paying all the bills and doing all the feeding and all the buying,
Man do something because all it takes to becoming rich is your mind.
Ask Allen and Gates ,and they will tell you it was a speck of an idea, ask Fmr Pres. Kennedy of the USA and he will tell you it was a speck of an Idea, ask any business owner and they will tell you, the whole business was once just only a dream.

As I always say build as many castles as you can in the air and then come down and build foundations under all of them because the only bridge that connects these two things is believing.
This is the generation that is making all the difference and as always say , I am very proud to be amongst a generation like this because we are going to make things right.

Einstein was once asked a mathematical question an addition problem as his answer was I don't know.
What you are supposed to know is Einstein had to work his way out of every problem like all of us, but the interesting thing is that the moment you begin to build the interest for something you turn out to be great at it.
I leave with this ; Aristotle once said in learning to do the unpleasant with pleasure that's how we learn to do the impossible.
If you think you are dumb and cant do it, think again. Because this flow of mine just didn't come by chance, it came through thinking and reading plus practicing.

Always remember Thinking gives questions and Reading gives answers.
